A graduate of St Andrews - Trinidad and Tobago West Indies, Natalie earned her certification in Business, which set the foundation for a career dedicated to improving patient care and streamlining office operations. Natalie has a wealth of experience in managing medical office functions, including scheduling, billing, and patient services. Under her leadership, Favor Family Medical Practice, has seen significant improvements in efficiency, patient satisfaction, and overall operation.
