At her current practice, Dr. Momeh is deeply committed to ensuring every patient receives high-quality, compassionate care. She takes time to educate her patients about their diagnoses and treatment options, always using evidence-based medicine as her guide. She brings empathy, compassion, and honesty to each patient encounter, with the goal of improving health, well-being, and overall quality of life.
Cynthia Brandon, FNP
I began my academic journey with a bachelor’s degree in Spanish, motivated by a desire to connect with the growing Hispanic community. I later returned to school to pursue a degree in nursing, where I gained extensive experience in primary care, urgent care, trauma, dialysis, and ICU step-down units.
My passion for advancing patient care led me back to school to become a nurse practitioner. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working in hospice and palliative care, primary and urgent care, addiction treatment, and mental health. At Favor Family Medical Practice, where quality service is at the core, I integrate a holistic approach—considering the mental, physical, and spiritual well-being of every patient—while serving both individuals and the community.
I focus on holistic medicine by treating the mind, body, and spirit, and I am currently pursuing certification in integrative functional medicine to further expand my natural, whole-person approach to care.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family. I am also deeply passionate about mission work and have participated in multiple mission trips, which continue to inspire my commitment to service.
